The Association did not receive any objections to the proposal to change the membership structure, and a resolution to amend the Articles of Association was passed at the meeting of the MHRA Committee on Saturday 12 February. One of the effects of the changes is that we will no longer be planning to hold an AGM each year, but will incorporate business that used to be brought to an AGM into the final trustees' meeting of each financial year. While the financial accounts, etc. will no longer be circulated as they were before, they will still, of course, be available for viewing online at Companies House.
