We are pleased to announce that the ebook and journal hosting platform JSTOR, and a group of major academic publishers which includes the Modern Humanities Research Association, has created a resource for scholars isolated because of COVID-19. There are details here:

https://about.jstor.org/covid19/expanded-access-to...

This is a scheme for universities and other JSTOR-participating bodies, rather than for individuals, but if you are a reader at such a library then you may well be able to get the benefits. Over 700 university libraries have alaready signed up (and it is free to do so); so your institution may be signed up already. If it has, you should be able to access around 25,000 normally paywalled ebook titles for free. In particular, this includes all of our Texts and Translations.

The scheme is currently intended to run until 30 June, and is steadily expanding as other publishers join.
