Journals
Your contribution should conform to the conventions of the MHRA Style Guide, a copy of which is available here.
You should also consult the Guidelines for Contributors as they appear in the journal concerned (or on the journal web pages) for information specific to submissions to that journal. If in doubt, consult the Editor of the journal concerned.
It is a condition of publication that authors assign copyright to the MHRA. Inter alia, this allows the Association to deal efficiently with requests from third parties for permission to reproduce material. Permission, without fee, for authors to use their own material in other publications, after a reasonable period of time has elapsed, is not normally withheld.
A copy of our copyright assignment form, together with a detailed description of our policy is available here.
