The MHRA has an active role in electronic publishing. The journals The Modern Language Review, The Yearbook of English Studies, The Slavonic and East European Review, Portuguese Studies, Austrian Studies, and Oxford German Studies are all published online and are available free of charge to print subscribers.
The Annual Bibliography of English Language and Literature is compiled as a database and can be accessed online by subscribers. Through its involvement in the syndicated pay-per-view distribution of journal articles, the MHRA seeks to ensure world-wide dissemination of its authors' work.
MHRA Working Papers in the Humanities is an electronic publication
forum intended to allow researchers to present initial findings or hypotheses
such as might, at a more advanced stage, become eligible for publication in
established scholarly journals. As such it will be of particular interest
to postgraduate researchers, though established scholars are also invited
to submit papers.The journal is published Open Access online.
The MHRA Style Guide is available both in print and as a downloadable PDF file.
University Theses in Russian, Soviet, and East European Studies 1907–2006 is published in print and as an online database.
